USMO RADIO PROMOTIONAL POLICIES:

1. We require a signed release form giving us the right to play your music royalty free for promotional purposes.

2. We cannot play any music that is a cover song. It must be original material in its entirety and you must hold the copyright on the material submitted.

3. Although we will have featured artists on various shows, we are doing so to showcase the Artists work not as a statement of preference. There is no competition on USMO, there are just a lot of talented Artists with some amazing music and we want to give all a fair chance at being heard.

4. Only music submitted through musosubmit@unsignedmuso.com along with a bio, and contact information or a hardcopy of your music along with the bio, and a release form must be mailed to USMO Radio, Att. Judi, 1239-4 S. Little Creek Rd., Dover, DE, 19901. We will not play any music submitted to DJs it must come through one of the two above listed methods* ( Those already submitted will be accepted but we will still need the permission forms in order to continue playing your music)

5. All music submitted to USMO will be solely used to promote the Artist. Music submitted to USMO Radio, becomes the property of USMO Radio, and its subsidiaries to use for promotional purposes*, royalty free at any time unless you specifically request in writing for us to stop playing it.

6. *For Promotional Purposes: This statement as used means the promotion of the Artist's music and the Artist. If a Artist submits music and then writes to us asking us not to play it, the music will be archived and not played again.

7. * Artists in Australia wishing to send CD may send the cd to: USMO Radio, Att: AussieSmilez, 46 Monivae Cct, Eagleby. QLD, 4207, Australia. Artists in Ireland may send their CDs to USMO Radio, Att; Richie McDonald, 23 Glenbarra New Ross Co. Wexford Ireland
